Mold Maker Position

This is an excellent, profitable and very modern manufacturing facility in the Upper Midwest producing castings for a wide variety of fortune 500 corporations. The company has multiple modules on the same site which have been built to keep up with growth over the past 20 years and is very automated and clean. This position has not been advertised and offers relocation assistance, excellent benefits, $18 to $24 per hour, workout rooms, education classes, paid quarterly profit sharing that has been averaging $10K per year and a company that values their employees.

The mold maker will repair jigs, fixtures and custom machine components and maintain and modify existing wax pattern tooling. You should have operational knowledge of all manual tool room equipment and CNC experience is advantageous but is not required.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have strong Mold Making experience and be willing to work third shift. You should be at a journeyman status and be able to operate the majority of the equipment normally used in the mold making process. We are looking for individuals with a good work ethic and work attitude who care about the quality of their work and have the ability to work well with others.

This is a 2-2-3-work schedule where you work 2 days and are off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days, and it repeats. This gives you every other weekend off, time off during the week and you receive 8 hours of overtime every other check. This position is on the third shift. Additional overtime has been readily available as the tool room is very busy.
