Medical Device Quality Engineer

Purpose: A well established medical device company is looking for an experienced quality engineer to join their dynamic team. This person will be responsible for developing, applying and maintaining a quality plan while supporting operations and R&D.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for designing and implementing a quality plan. This includes testing and evaluating of products and test equipment, analyzing data, performing CAPA and maintaining a strict FDA regulated environment.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have:

-A B.S. or M.S. in engineering
-3-6 years experience in quality engineering
-New product introduction
-Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-A working knowledge ISO 13485;2003
-Previous medical device experience
-Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)

Compensation:
85,000-90,000 DOE Year
