About the Position:

Minco is in search of a career-oriented individual eager to apply their mechanical and product engineering knowledge, skills and abilities. Qualified applicants have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, advanced AutoCAD skills and experience, and are proficient with MS Office. Some travel is required. Experience within manufacturing and steel mill environments is desired, however, soon-to-be-graduating students are also encouraged to apply.

The primary purpose of the position is to work within the Engineering Group to analyze new and existing products in the areas of design, function, styling and other engineering factors to standardize components and units by model, application, design, materials, dimension, etc. Another vital function of the position is to produce and maintain technical drawings using AutoCAD in the development of new and existing products and processes. Compensation for this position is negotiable, based on experience.
