Corporate headquarters are located in the historic gold town of Yreka, California, which is twenty miles south of Oregon, in breathtaking Siskiyou County.


Who We Are Looking For:

Nor-Cal Products is seeking a professional Mechanical Engineer with a BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering (or its equivalent), and a minimum of five-years of demonstrated acheivement in the area of design, development, analysis and testing of precision mechanisms, linear/rotary actuators, and complex electro-mechanical control systems used in the semiconductor equipment industry. Our successful candidate must have knowledge of vacuum systems; prototype design and development; and troubleshooting of new systems. Candidates must be proficient with state-of-the-art engineering methodologies as they pertain to semiconductor vacuum equipment, sealing and control applications. Must be proficient with CAD, FEA and Solid Modeling applications (AutoDesk Inventor preferred). Must also be proficient with engineering documentation processes and technical writing skills, to include the preparation of conceptual and detailed design review data, engineering test reports, and other technical presentations.
