Mechanical Engineer

Purpose: Architectural firm is expanding and is in need of a Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer. This firm provides an open environment where individuals are encouraged to expand their knowledge as well as participate in the growth of the company. Mechanical Engineers will work on various projects ranging from educational to commercial and will be making decisions based on each project. Job duties also include preparing drawings using AutoCAD and directing one or more designers that will assist. Other responsibilities include quality control, coordination of documents, and attend design and construction meetings.

Candidates must be a degreed engineer with consulting engineering design experience, and E.I.T. is a plus. Mechanical Engineers must have the ability to design and supervise design for standard power & lighting systems with minimal supervision and minimal design errors. Eventually, candidates will be providing project management functions in addition to project design tasks.Classification:Full-TimeCompensation:
