Mechanical Designer - Denver

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc., is an employee-owned engineering design and facility consulting firm with 420 employees in ten offices across the United States. We provide a wide spectrum of consulting services related to facility and infrastructure design, operation and management. We deliver services for facilities nationwide, including healthcare, education, science and technology, research, sports and entertainment, government, corrections, infrastructure, commercial and industrial clients.We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Designer to join our Denver, Colorado office.The ideal candidate will be self motivated and able to work with a broad range of people. This position will focus on a variety of projects including High Education Buildings, Research Labs, Telecommunication Facilities and Data Centers.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements:- 7+ years of mechanical design experience in Consulting Engineering, Health Care, Commercial and Institutional Facility Design- Experience with general HVAC layout and design for Research Labs, Institutional and Educational Buildings- HVAC, Central Plants, Chilled Water and Steam Systems design experience- Knowledge of IBC & IMC, a plus- Experience with Trane Trace, a plus- Proficiency in Microstation or AutoCAD is required.You must be legally entitled to work in the United States and immediately available to begin working in our Denver, CO office.Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
