Materials Laboratory Supervisor / Manager

The manager will be responsible for making sure project deadlines are met by providing proper scheduling and organization of items to be tested. This position will also be responsible to insure that lab technicians are performing the testing, associated paperwork and computations in accordance with the Quality System Guideline Manual. The manager will advise technicians of project work scopes, budgets, profitability goals, chargeability goals, and monitors the same.Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in a materials testing laboratory. Ability to obtain or certifications in DOT, NICET, and ACI is required. Experience in maintaining lab accreditations in AMRL, CCRL, DOT and other agencies is desired. 1-2 years of coordination / supervisory experience preferred.
