Marketing/Business Development Manager

EME, LLC is a limited liability company formed in July, 1997. EME has successfully completed many projects representing a range of experience, diverse in scope and complexity. Engineering expertise has included new and retrofit design for boilers/incinerators, chillers, cooling towers, distribution of steam, hot/chilled water and air, plumbing, fire protection, energy monitoring and controls, interior/exterior lighting, power distribution, voice/data communication, emergency/uninterruptible power, fire alarm and security systems for new and renovated buildings. Additional engineering services provided by EME include commissioning, LEED analysis, energy code analysis and facility condition surveys.

The EME staff has a long and continuing history of power generation and infrastructure work starting with the design of cogeneration facilities in the early 1970’s. Since that time, EME has been involved in many site specific base power and cogeneration systems, standby and emergency generation systems. EME is a leader in the application of integrated energy system concepts.

DESCRIPTION
The Marketing/Business Development Manager will be responsible for the marketing efforts for the entire firm and must be skilled in business development preferably in the Architectural/Engineering field. He/she will assist senior management with the key pursuits of our marketing plan and cultivate business opportunities with new clients. The Marketing/Business Development Manager will be charged with the development and implementation of a corporate strategy for business development and branding, will lead cohesive interdivisional marketing efforts and interact with clients and professional associates within the design community.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing and 5-10 years of marketing experience preferably in the Architectural or Engineering field. Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in terms of producing marketing collateral and sales materials plus strong project management skills are required.
