Manufacturing Technician , Panel Wiring Mechanical Assembly

Industry leading Aerospace and Avionics Communications Systems developer and manufacturer has immediate need for Quality Assurance Manager to direct daily quality functions. Will control processes, interface between Engineering/Manufacturing/QA for quality requirements. Evaluate incoming repair systems, evaluate and monitor MFG processes. Evaluate in-process rejections, approve corrective actions to customers, purchase orders, rejection tag’s, rework instruction, return to vendor tags. Direct internal audits, MRB, control calibration requirements. Interpret customer requirements from purchase orders, organize department with “Lean” in mind. Assist in AS9100 implementation, interpret mil spec requirements, FAA regulations, and present cost of quality to management. Monitor & evaluate and approve vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
Quality Assurance management experience in Aerospace/Avionics Communications Systems, FAA regulated systems manufacturing environment.
