Manufacturing Technician

Siimpel Corporation specializes in Integrated Optical MicroSystems with expertise in micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), optics, electro-optical design, image sensors, packaging and camera electronics.

The Manufacturing Technician will support Siimpel’s manufacturing engineering team by performing inspection and testing in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities:

• Optical Inspection of semiconductor devices;
• Perform chemical processes in a controlled environment;
• Prepare reports and data entry using a PC.
REQUIREMENTS
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
• Associate Degree or higher in a technical area;
• Basic knowledge of wet chemical processing;
• Experience in operating semiconductor processing equipment such as dry etcher, scanning electron microscope, optical microscope, etc.;
• Familiar with common Microsoft Office PC software programs.
