We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Automated High Speed Machine Technicians:

At ContinentalAFA, we perform injection molding to produce most of the plastic parts that make our high quality Spray Dispensers. The openings we have at the current time deal mainly with the Assembly Department in our organization where we bring together the injection molded parts and assemble them in to the finished spray dispensers using sophisticated, high speed automated machinery to assemble the parts.

The Assembly Process Technicians will be trained and then be responsible for the set-up, changeover, and troubleshooting of the high speed automated machinery in a high volume operation to produce a quality finished dispenser.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

Capable of operating and maintaining high speed automated machinery in a fast paced environment, to meet daily production and quality goals.
Troubleshooting and repair skills in the following areas: mechanical, electrical (single and three phase) AC/DC, pneumatics, VFD’s, conveyors, vibratory/centrifugal feeders, photo-electrics and control circuits.
Experience with setting up and changing over machines
Process improvement skills.
Basic hand tools required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Able to work 2nd or 3rd shift
Some over-time required.
Able to work in a team environment
Leadership skills a plus
