Looking for a manufacturing/ Process engineer that has experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Quality Control and production lines. Should be knowledgeable in Autocad and Microsoft office. This person will be responsible for Scheduling and planning. Must be able to estimate materials and production. Should be familiar with machining operations such as CNC, CNC Lathe, Drill press, grinders and tooling. It would be a plus if they had experience with PLC's, Fanuc Controls, Mazac and G-Code. Also should be aware of ISO/TS16949/QSS.

Need a Manufacturing / Process Engineer / Industrial Engineer type with Bachelors Degree (BA) from 4 year college and 2 to 3 years related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related manufacturing environment and AutoCAD experience. Duties include: develop,evaluate and improve manufacturing methods. Strong training and technology transfer abilities. Plan work force utilization,space requirement,and workflow,and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Apply stastistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential. Plans, troubleshoots, and supports manufacturing processes pertaining to the assembly and testing of hydraulic directional control valves.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
"Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods and manufacturing costs.
"Creates and maintains process routings, bills of material, process drawings and tooling lists.
"Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
"Designs and develops tooling and fixturing needed to support existing and new production processes.
"Interacts with tooling, equipment, and sub-contract vendors to determine appropriate specifications and to arrange for the purchase of equipment, materials, or services. Evaluates products and services in accordance with relevant specifications, quality standards, and cost effectiveness.
"Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
"Initiates and contributes to continuous improvement projects, including brainstorming, information gathering and analysis, proposal development based on cross-functional input, and cost justification of any required investment.
"Applies statistical methods as required to verify process capability or to diagnose process difficulties.
Responsibilities do include working effectively with personnel in shop supervision, shop set up and operation, and quality in order to coordinate the first time set up and trouble shooting of production operations. Responsible for making prudent decisions regarding effective use of productive capacity.
