Manufacturing Engineer w screw machines exp (Acme, Davenport)

This leading manufacturer of consumer products and automotive components in Northern OH is searching for a Manufacturing Engineer / Process Engineer who is experienced with screw machines and CNC machinery. To be considered, you must have at least 5 years experience with screw machines such as Acme, Davenport, New Britain, etc., and CNC machines. Your experience must include layouts, tool design, PPAPs, and FMEAs. You will be responsible for providing hands-on support to the manufacturing floor, and determining cycle times and speeds and feeds for the screw machines and CNC machines. You will work as a liaison between the shop floor and engineering departments on new product development and continuous improvements. Previous experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment is a HUGE plus! A degreed individual is preferred, but its not required.
