St. Jude Medical, located in the new Commerce Park off Hwy. 123 in Liberty, is looking for a team player with strong interpersonal and technical skills who can contribute effectively in a collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will have a BS or MS in Chemical Engineering and strong electrical/mechanical aptitude plus a minimum of ten years experience in manufacturing or process engineering. Experience in lean manufacturing, SPC, 8D, 5-S techniques, Pro-E and Labview are a definite plus. Essential Duties of Position: Provides engineering support for an electro/chemical manufacturing operation Coordinates new processes and projects to improve quality and reduce cost Develops and maintains documentation according to company standards Investigates and resolves day-to-day manufacturing issues Monitors operations to assure compliance with approved standards St. Jude Medical provides an exceptional level of professional challenges and personal awards, including great work schedules, and comparable benefits.
