Who We Are Looking For:

Nor-Cal Products is seeking a Senior-Level, Manufacturing Engineer with a BS/MS degree in Manufacturing Technology, and a minimum of five-years of demonstrated acheivement in metal fabrication (or their equivalent). Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate the following abilities to: Plan, direct, and coordinate state-of-the-art manufacturing processes; Develop and improve manufacturing methods and capabilities; Analyze space requirements, workflow, layout of equipment and work space for maximum efficiency; Confer with planning and design staff concerning tooling to ensure efficient production methods; Estimate production times, staffing requirements and related costs to provide information for management decisions; and the ability to, Apply statistical methods to estimate manufacturing requirements and potential. Hands-on experience with CNC machining/programming, tool design, and welding; plus knowledge of vacuum chamber fabrication is highly preferred. Knowledge of documentation control and MRP systems is required.
