We have been retained by a long standing client to identify a talented Manufacturing Engineer for their growing organization. Our client is seeking a career oriented engineer who possesses leadership traits, outstanding communication skills, and strong analytical abilities. The Mfg. Engineer will report to the Manager, Manufacturing Engineering.Our client is located in just north of St. Louis, Missouri and employs 250 associates with 150 in a production role. The plant is a unionized facility and is experiencing strong sales growth. The company is a division of an $800 million publicly held organization that is traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
REQUIREMENTS
BSME or BSIE required.
Minimum of three (3) years manufacturing experience
Exposure to CNC Machining programmingExperience in tooling and fixturing
Ability to write technical papers and present information to management
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S
Strong analytical and technical skills
Experience with process capability studies
