Manager - Test Engineering

Responsibilities:

Manage the development and validation of automated test systems. Manage the support of hardware test systems in the production of medical devices. Develop the short and long term corporate test development and support strategies. Develop and execute the test data repository strategy.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules and managing the projects compliance to approved schedules. Insure compliance with Cameron Health approved product development procedures and standards. Complete all personnel reviews on a timely basis; assist in subordinate career development. Comply with department and corporate quality policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Masters preferred
10 years experience, minimum, in hardware test engineering
3 years, minimum, experience in managing test engineering
Ability to translate device level requirements into test requirements and designs is essential
Strong analytical skills and EE background is required. LabView experience is highly desirable
Implantable medical device experience is preferred
Experience in both low power and high voltage as well as systems is desired
Familiarity with FDA GMPs preferred
Ability to work well with people and coordinate the completion of tasks
Strong technical oral and written communication skills
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
