Manager System Engineering

Individual will be responsible for managing, building, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft based automated systems, interacting with vendors users at various levels, documenting systems architecture, and interacting with other technology departments, daily operational requirements of the engineering organization. Responsible for managing complex technical projects and interfacing with the business and technology.



B' Extensive Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 Server systems build and deployment/migration experience

B' Imaging systems management

B' Veritas NetBackup backup management experience

B' Microsoft Exchange 2000 and 2003 support and management

B' SQL Server systems management

B' Change Control process management

B' Automated fax solution support and deployment

B' Work with Systems Administrators and Network Engineers to maintain, improve, and optimize production environment.

B' Advanced system administration of Microsoft Windows environments and Active Directory, hardware and software troubleshooting, etc. Experience with application packaging and patch management required. Automation of deployment also a must have.

p; Recommend and make necessary improvements to configurations to achieve operating efficiencies.

B' Windows 2000 / 2003 server administration including Active Directory, group policy, DHCP, DNS, WINS, JAVA, and .NET. Experience with automation necessary.

B' Financial service industry experience a plus

B' Evaluate specifications and requirements for projects against available so!

B' Collect, monitor, analyze, and interpret system data logs.

B' Analyze software and hardware performance.</!

B' Experience with Disaster Recovery implementation, design and testing. Datacenter management a plus.
