POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for Program Management Function within Moorpark Operations. Assigns accounts to the PMs and CSR’s, monitors the effectiveness of account management and shift responsibility as needed to maximize customer satisfaction. Develop organic growth opportunities by driving new business penetration. Develop personnel to be customer centric in “delighting our customers”.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct activities of Program Managers to meet overall Customer and Operational requirements. Develop tasks and action items ensuring Program Managers and Customer Service Personnel are being held accountable for delighting customers.
Liaison with Site Functional Management, ensure that adequate resources are made available to meet the current and future Operational and Customer needs of assigned accounts.
Monitor customers to ensure that Customer Service Level concerns are being addressed in a timely manner. Establish and maintain Management Level contacts within all accounts. Develop personal relationships with accounts, and develop organic growth opportunities with existing accounts. A
Align PM’s and CSR’s to customer requirements, and ensure operations and customers are communicated to on a regular basis. Develop escalation plans to ensure customers needs are being achieved on all occasions. Coordinate preparation of Sales Forecasts on a weekly basis, for assigned Accounts, ensuring detailed accuracy. Ensure customer needs for On Time Delivery, and resource requirements are achieved.
On an annual basis, develop annual forecasts for planning and resource purposes. Develop plans to eliminate Excess and Obsolete inventory levels.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in a Technical or Business related Discipline. MBA preferred with an emphasis on managing high level customer programs of up to $40m dollars. This candidate must be a demonstrated task master, and be able to provide direction, coaching, and building of relationships with customers. The candidate must be able to exceed very demanding customer requirements. Candidate must enlist and retain a highly skilled workforce. Candidate must be very proficient in Microsoft project and project tools ensuring tasks are being managed to customer expectations. Candidate must be proficient in dealing with senior level executives at both customer sites, and internal operations. The candidate must be able to successfully communicate through detailed presentations and visual aids to our customers an management on a regular basis. Candidate must provide weekly access to PM’s and CSR’s for 1:1 development needs, and weekly meetings for the whole staff. EOE
