We presently have outstanding opportunities available for self-starting professionals in the Food Innovation group at our Corporate Headquarter in Bridgewater, NJ.

Position Description:
This position will lead a team of engineers responsible for process development and process innovation leading to new product introduction or manufacturing cost savings.
Responsibilities will include:
'Applying sound technical judgment in developing practical solutions to technology challenges.
'Coordinating department projects with other managers in the department and ensuring use of appropriate project management tools.
'Identifying, prioritizing, and aligning resources with projects.
'Defining economics associated with new process development or impact of process innovation on manufacturing cost savings.
'Developing and maintaining internal and external links (personnel within ICI and academia) to ensure utilization of new technologies in developing new processes.
'Working directly with other functions to ensure successful and speedy commercialization of new processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
'MS of PhD in Chemical Engineer
'8+ years in process development, process innovation, complex problem solution, technical management
'Supervisory experience
'Strong project management skills
'Strong problem solving skills/critical thinking skills
'Knowledge of starch processing technologies a plus
'Strong communication skills both written and oral, including presentation skills
