Manager Of Technical Support

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 per year Essential Job Functions: Manages the daily activities of the Technical Support staff which includes Help Desk, Desktop Support and the Audio-Visual personnel

Oversee all requests for software & hardware

Participate in weekly IT Management meetings and conduct weekly Technology Support staff meetings

Fundamental participant in weekly change request/control meetings

Control the security and disposition of all software and hardware used including desktop computers, laptops and PDAs and all other peripheral devices.

Perform annual reviews for the Technology staff and establish goals and performance standards for the following year.

Interview and recommend for hire new IT employees to fill the available and authorized positions

Review daily reports from the Technology staff, monitoring call activity and individual performance

Interface with senior management and attorneys as necessary
