Manager Maintenance

This position is responsible for the daily operations of assigned personnel and budgetary input, along with the maintenance and continuous improvement of the preventative maintenance (PM) program for the equipment/systems of the site. Other duties include ensuring that critical site utilities, general administration buildings, and production/R&D equipment/systems, are properly maintained. The selected candidate must also optimize the compliance, quality, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of the services provided.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with at least three to five years’ pharmaceutical manufacturing and maintenance, engineering, and process development experience. Necessary experience includes working with Maintenance personnel in a management position and having an understanding of all trades, current best practices, and the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of GMP, GLP, and common issues addressed by Maintenance are also necessary.
