Bachelors Degree in Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or Finance is preferred. - Healthcare experience in hospital finance, business office, performance improvement and knowledge of financial forecasting and planning.Must have Computerized AR/ADT system experience, Microsoft Office products knowledge, ability to prioritize projects, cost finding skills, analytical skills and prior experience in leading PDSA teams, LEAN Manufacturing techniques or Six Sigma.Collects, analyzes and prepares information (clinical, operational and process) to support efforts to improve process outcomes within the Hospital. Coordinates the Hospital's collection of data for submission to comparative benchmarking databases. May also lead or facilitate PDSA teams as requested. Candidate will take a lead role in analyzing the Hospital's productivity outcomes. Candidate will also perform "One Stop" financial support functions as requested.
