POSITION TITLE: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR/RELIABILITY ENGINEER
POSITION BAND: MANAGEMENT
LOCATION: CEDAR HILL, TX STORE SUPPORT CENTER
SHIFT: 1st SHIFT WITH A SECOND SHIFT OVERLAP
HOURS: 6:00AM - 3:00PM / VARIES
DAYS: MONDAY - FRIDAY SATURDAY & SUNDAY AS NEEDEDJob Description: Maintenance Supervisor/Reliability EngineerRequirements: Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical degree and experience with Material Handling Equipment. Knowledge of applicable codes, OSHA regulations, inspection techniques, and repair of material handling equipment. Experience with CMMS, Inventory Management, Maintenance Scheduling & Planning and Reliability techniques required. Candidate should be self motivated with strong supervisory, communication, computer and math skills. Familiarity with MS Access and MS SQL databases desirable.Reliability Responsibilities:This position will provide technical supervision and engineering support for improving equipment reliability including conveyors, sortation systems, mobile equipment, and HVACPR systems. The successful candidate will develop strategies to reduce unscheduled repairs, to analyze equipment repair history, and identify opportunities for automating asset management activities.Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises technical maintenance employees and assures projects, inspections and repairs are completed on schedule. Coordinates with Scheduling and Purchasing personnel. Coordinates projects and repairs with operating management.
