Maintenance Supervisor
Maintenance Supervisor Job -> Great Opportunity! Large corporation has an immediate need for a Maintenance Supervisor for their Texas location. This is a contract position expected to last 8 months. A minimum of 5 years experience and a BS degree in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent experience is required. Responsibilities include driving safety, quality, and productivity in plant operations. You are responsible for overall accountability for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plant assets. You will also have to ensure a predictable manufacturing process within your reliability organization. A good candidate will be able to align Accountabilities of employees with plant goals and ensure training needs are met. You will become a technical expert in plant protocols, manufacturing process, and equipment. You need experience in reading blue prints and experience in prioritizing mechanical work. A good candidate will have a strong working knowledge of maintaining industrial equipment. You also need knowledge of industrial utilities systems. A good candidate will be capable in the area of reliability maintenance. Experience with Kroncos time system and Six Sigma would be a plus. Great Pay and Benefits. Per Diem is available.
