Maintenance Manager

The Judge Group, Inc. is currently in search of a Degreed Maintenance
Manager for a large food manufacturer located in Arizona. The primary job
responsibilities for the position included, but are not limited to:
managing the
maintenance department which consists of 4 supervisors, 4 foremen, and a
staff of 35+ highly-qualified maintenance mechanics; establishing
department expectations, develop accountability, manage downtime, and
ability to help raise efficiencies in meeting business objectives; managing
a multi-million dollar budget and inventory levels for the plant; providing
customer service in maintenance excellence to other departments (i.e.,
Production, Materials, QA, Sanitation) on a required basis; managing and
leading maintenance programs such as Preventative Maintenance, Work Order
Systems, Employee Development Programs, and Leadership Training; supporting
the business specifically around meeting production requirements in
operating equipment in a cost-effective manner while maintaining high
standards of Safety and Quality; managing plant building grounds
Maintenance and Environmental programs with external vendors and
contractors Other duties as assigned. Candidate will be considered

The qualified candidate for the Maintenance Manager MUST HAVE a 4 year
degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or at least 10
years experience managing a Maintenance Department of at least 35
employees. The candidate should have 5-7 years experience as a Maintenance
Manager within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
and/or a cold room environment. Experience in people development,
performance reviews, and establishing training programs is required to be
considered for the position. Prior work in establishing and maintaining
Maintenance work order systems, parts inventory, order tracking, PM
programs and job assignment tracking is desired. Qualified candidates
