Maintenance Lead Needed!!

Growing and innovative company is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Lead! Join a successful team- in the Supply Chain industry. Individual must have experience of up to 10 years in Asset Intensive, upstream oil & gas. A mechanical/engineering degree is preferred. PE Licensure and some management experience.
This selected and qualified individual will be responsible to provide team leadership and process expertise for the delivery of maintenance program development, efficient and proactive customer support in a professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS
Education and Training: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) preferred.

Prior Related Experience: Significant experience ( 5 yrs. minimum) in the operation and maintenance activities of process equipment ( oil and gas or petrochemical strongly preferred) is mandatory. Experience in RCM program implementations is mandatory, RCM facilitation experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to solve problems associated to maintenance strategies mandatory. Proficient understanding of the need for strong customer service is mandatory.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficient in MS Office-Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project and Outlook. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory. Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to delivery client-focused services and maintain high customer satisfaction.
