Mail Service Operations Manager
Position Summary:
The position of Operations Manager of mail services serves as the primary point of contact between our company and our client on all matters pertaining to mailroom operations, customer service, budgeting and reporting. The primary responsibility is to ensure efficient operations within performance standards, corporate policies, regulatory guidelines and budget parameters with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include managing the activities of employees and supervisors working at several mailroom locations throughout the Houston area.

Responsibilities include:
The tasks include, but are not limited to:Provide outstanding customer service through continued training, strong leadership by example, and direct customer relationships.
Manage site supervisors, deputy operations manager, and account specialists.
Ensure all customer deliverables are completed and provided on time. Customer deliverables shall be complete, concise, valid, and of professional quality.
Manager and maintain mail service report system.
Manage hardware and software required to support mail services.
Report, investigate, and remedy all HS&E issues. HS&E rules, regulations, and standards shall not be violated.
Develop and maintain staff monthly calendar of tasks and due dates.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Minimum Qualifications:This position requires a BS/BA degree and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires 7+ years related leadership experience.
The candidate must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and skilled in planning, organizing, leading and effectively managing projects or team members in the performance of their duties.
