Machinist Engineer

1. Under minimal supervision, assumes primary controlling responsibility for moderate size engineering projects 2. Applies wide application of engineering design and/or analytical theory, principals and techniques to create plan, and perform a variety of design, development, analysis, experimentation, test and/or product assurance tasks. 3. High level of analytical ability to identify, define, interpret, and resolve engineering problems involving incomplete information, conflicting design/contractual/policy or technical requirements. 4. A tech degree with a 10 years of machine shop, job shop experience will be necessary for consideration

See job description and the following The applicant will have a BA in engineering or a related technical field. This position is characterized by its heavy metallurgical orientation. An individual with a machinist tech degree and 10 years or more experience in a machine shop job shop environment will be given strong consideration. Must apply a systems approach making decisions on resource allocation, time schedules, a technical and or design approach toward assigned projects. Provide guidance to engineers on team in tech, financial, and administrative aspects of project completion
