MS Exchange Engineer

MS Exchange Engineer Kforce is looking to hire a Senior Engineer/Architect to design, build and install Microsoft Windows 2003 servers and Microsoft Exchange 2003; to maintain and support Exchange 2003 servers; to assist in the migration of mail systems to Exchange 2003; to develop and deploy integrated messaging systems.Must have worked in a large enterprise environment (1,000+ users)
Must have Implementation Experience i.e., enterprise and hosted Exchange implementations with more than 1,000+ user base
Ability to document processes.
Skilled in interpreting customer requirements and turning them into solutions (functional requirements).
Must have 7 years experience with Windows server platforms, demonstrable experience with Windows 2003 server, and experience with networked storage (SAN, NAS, DAS) and clustering technologies .
Should be familiar with Active Directory and security issues related to both Exchange and Windows server.
Must have 2 years experience with Windows 2000/2003 Server in an enterprise environment.
MSCE required.
Tumbleweed experience will be a plus.
Must be skilled in communications, both written and oral
Must be able to operate in a close-knit team environment
Must be able to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels
