Dedicated field support teams are in place throughout the world to provide operational and maintenance support of Goodrich surveillance and reconnaissance systems.This position is CONTINGENT ON AWARD and supports the Air Force (AF) Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) enterprise. Travel to CONUS and International Sites will be required.Job Description: VARIOUS LOCATIONS!As a Goodrich MASINT Collection Manager your primary responsibility will be to assist the warfighter with maximizing the MASINT tasking of the AF DCGS weapon system. You will apply your thorough understanding of U.S. MASINT collection techniques, capabilities, and applications to your everyday duties, while exercising your knowledge of communication and dissemination architectures to maximize the timelines currently associated with near-real-time MASINT operations. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter that is willing the work in highly dynamic environments.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:' Minimum 4 years of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) experience
' 2 or more years working with MASINT (i.e. Synthetic Aperture Radar, Thermal Infrared and/or Spectral) and demonstrated expertise (3+ years) with imagery systems required (i.e. ASARS-2A and SYERS-II)
' Minimum of six years of specialized training or experience in collection management or imagery operations and a Bachelor's degree are required; or a minimum of ten years experience and a high school diploma.
' A minimum of six years of specialized training or experience in collection management or imagery operations AND a Bachelor's degree are required; OR a minimum of ten years experience and a high school diploma.' Minimum of 2 or more years experience with multi-source intelligence collection management organization, processes and tools
' 1 or more years experience working with collection management tools to include PRISM, COLISEUM and Requirements Management System are required.Additional Desirable Skills:' Imagery Analysis: MASINT Production experience, Operational exploitation experience with ASARS-2A and SYERS-II, All-source intelligence analysis experience
' Computer Skills: Operational experience with various Electronic Light Tables (ELT), Microsoft PowerPoint, and EXCEL
' A strong reconnaissance systems and/or military background preferred.
' Security Clearances: must be U.S. Citizen, must have TS/SSBI/SCI
