MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER

This high visibility staff level position provides overall state-of-the-art managerial leadership and direction to the manufacturing engineering and welding engineering job functions.
Responsibilities include staff supervision in the programming of CNC boring mills and robotic weld stations, development of machine tool and welding requirements and fixturing, production process development, implementation of cost reduction and production efficiency enhancements, improvement of machining and welding methodologies as well as job estimating and quoting functions.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of six years of proven managerial experience in industry related engineering disciplines
Four year degree in manufacturing or welding engineering
Proven CNC programming and tooling knowledge
Strong knowledge of mig and flux-cored welding applications and processes
Working knowledge of robotic welding operations
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Aggressive work habits
Proficiency with related engineering tools and software programs and applicationsRecord of proven professional accomplishment.
Pay level for this salaried position is commensurate with experience. This position is eligible for annual discretionary bonus program consideration.
