MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Quantum Metals, Inc (QMI) is a young growing privately owned corporation. QMI is a non-ferrous scrap metal processor located in the Mason/Lebanon, Ohio area. Our unique products, innovative solutions to scrap processing, and extremely dedicated staff have allowed us to grow from a start up company 12 years ago, to 35 employees and a recently expanded 100,000 SF facility.

This position is HANDS ON! This is a self managing position that requires exceptional organizational skills. The individual must be available for 1st or 2nd shift as needed. Proficiency in the following disciplines is necessary: mechanical, electrical & hydraulic. The responsibilities will include: repair and maintenance of all process equipment and conveyor systems, maintain a fleet of fork lifts and skid loaders, fabrication and welding, develop and document scheduled preventative maintenance programs, build material handling equipment, order parts and supplies.

This position requires 5+ years experience in a maintenance position for a manufacturing type company.
