Neschen/GBC, a world class, adhesive coating and converting operation in Elkridge, MD, has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer. The responsibilities of the position will be for maintenance management of plant operations, including maintenance of equipment, as well as any breakdowns, operating auxiliary equipment (small wastewater system), purchase and maintenance of spare parts.  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable years experience. PLC (Siemens prefered) and VFD experience required. Minimum of eight years of experience on large/ complete machine maintenance. Strong management and communication skills required. Weekend overtime may be required. We also have an opportunity for a Maintenance Mechanic.  The responsibilities of the position will be for maintenance of plant operations, including maintenance of equipment, as well as any breakdowns, operating auxiliary equipment (small wastewater system). At least five years of relevant experience; mechanical, pneumatic and electrical experience in large/complete machine maintenance. Shift work and weekend overtime may be required.
