Logistics Supervisor

Great opportunity with a leading Chemicals Manufacturer for a Logistics person
•Formulate the daily schedule of activities.
•Coordinate activities with Customer Service, Traffic Manager, and trucking company to insure timely deliveries.
•Coordinate the supply of bulk materials to the plant packaging operation.
•Reconciliation of physical inventories with accounting inventories.
•Supervise direct reports.
•Maintain departmental OSHA regulatory compliance.
•Take an active role in plant safety programs.
•Perform auditing task to assure compliance with procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a four year technical degree
Must have 3-5 years experience with logistics from a chemicals manufacturing environment.
Must have 3-5 years OSHA and EPA experience working from a chemicals manufacturing with regads to chemical storage and movement
Must have MSDS experience
