Line Technicians/Line Operators/Process Engineers

GPA is seeking qualified line technicians with relevant industry experience and demonstrated leadership skills for temporary placement with local clients.

Responsibilities:
Operate high speed manufacturing equipment
Analyze and repair complex technical problems that may occur on the equipment and which may involve multiple systems and interrelated causes
Recognize and follow safety procedures
Operate various pieces of making equipment from the start to finish of the manufacturing process
May require hands on responsibilities such as changing or moving equipment
Lead and Develop core and/or functional teams throughout the plant
REQUIREMENTS
Highest level of technical mastery in any of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Pipe fitting/Welding, Technical Safety. Knowledge of mixers and blenders is a plus. Some roles may require engineering degree or relevant industry experience
Experience with high speed equipment including lock out, tag out procedures
Strong mechanical background
Demonstrated troubleshooting ability
Ability to lead a team and positively influence others
Must be able to hit the ground running with little training
These roles require shift rotation
