Job Description:
Primary responsibilities consist of problem resolution, support and maintenance of a Microsoft Server based corporate network in a fast paced environment.

Level II Infrastructure Engineer

Required Skills & Attributes:
•Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications.
•Good understanding of TCP/IP networks.
•Ability to perform the support function in face-to-face situations with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
•Ability to work both independently and within a group.
•Ability to perform problem diagnosis for end users with varying degrees of technical understanding.
•Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills.
•Flexibility to perform duties outside of normal job scope.
•Willingness to work hours required to get the job done.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Able to work in high stress environment.
•Working knowledge of MS Exchange and Citrix Metaframe a plus.
•Proven experience with installation and maintenance of Windows XP/2000/2003 operating systems.
•Able to resolve problems remotely, telephonically, or via email whenever possible.

Certifications:
•MCSA in Windows 2000/2003.
•MCSE 2000/2003 a definite plus.
