ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position is responsible for the implementation and acceleration of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and practices across the organization by leading a transition team from a MRP to a visual pull system and using tools and theories such as: Kanban, SMED, facility layout and workflow design, Toyota Production Systems, JIT, Kaizen, Poke-Yoke, 5S, DMAIC, and value stream mapping.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Ten years of progressively responsible manufacturing engineering experience in an engineered product, job shop manufacturing environment.
- Must have significant experience implementing lean manufacturing principles and concepts across the organization.
- MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable.
