This position is mainly responsible for the leadership of key Engine Sub Team.Essential Functions
Provide leadership to key Engine Team.
Responsible for leading team to deliver programs that exceed performance requirements within program cost and on schedule.
Responsible for staffing and resource planning to ensure a highly efficient and competent subsection.
Responsible for integrating engineering team efforts with other organizations associated with product development - customers, marketing, sales, sourcing, manufacturing, suppliers and services.
Responsible for integrating efforts with other engineering organizations.
Responsible for developing network of strategic partners (I.e. Universities, suppliers, other GE businesses).
Responsible for developing and delivering multigenerational product and technology plan.
Support engine failure analysis and corrective action.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years experience with engines.
Minimum of 5 years leading teams (directly or indirectly).Eligibility Requirements
