Lead Technical Specialist - Installation & Maintenance

Must have a minimum of 20 years experience leading large technical teams of technicians during complex Telephone System and PBX installations. Must to have the ability to multi-task without requiring direct supervision. Must be able to interact with Customers, vendors and the highest level on management. Must and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills and must possess the following technical skills. Voice over Internet Protocol Must have a minimum of 3years extensive experience in VOIP technology to include installation and testing. This position also requires a strong background in Data technology with the ability to recommend QOS requirements.. Symposium Call Center Must have a minimum of 5 years experience work on large Symposium Call Centers to include the building the Servers, the design of the center, the creation and input of the Database and the call-flows through the system. Must be able to support the interaction of other systems to include IVR and Voicemail systems. Must also be proficient in developing customized Call Center reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Call Pilot Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience with the NORTEL Call-Pilot voice mail system, which includes building the server and applying the application. Collecting the Customer Database and building the routes in the PBX and inputting the mail boxes. Must also have the knowledge of accessing and tying into other applications. Database Design Must have a minimum of 10 years Database experience in the field of Database Design. This will include superior communication skills, NARS/BARS, Trunking, Routing and Station collection. Must posses a wide and varied knowledge of telecommunication engineering and has worked with this knowledge within the past 12 months. Must be able to meet with customers to collect and assimilate complex databases including but not limited to large call centers. Certification in Database Design is a definite requirement. Must be able to provide support to service on post install maintenance issues, such as installation and implementation of patches, Nortel PEPS, Microsoft Hotfixes. Signaling Servers Must have a minimum of 3 years hands on experience installing and programming Signaling Servers used in conjunction with VOIP Technology.
