Lead Drafter

Purpose: A well know engineering consulting firm in Seattle, WA is looking for an experienced drafter to lead a team. This individual will work with engineers, project managers, and other individuals within their utility engineering group. This company offers full benefits as well as a bonus program which involves 25% of company profits being given back to the employees. This is a full time permanent position.

*We are also looking for several entry to junior level drafters to join this team.


Job Requirements:

*B.S. degree or certificate in Computer Aided Design or equivalent experience.
*5 plus years of experience
*Experience with AutoCAD 2004 or more recent
*Familiarity with Microstation and/or Civil 3D is a plus


Job Duties:

*Lead a group to help develop drawings for electrical transmission, and distribution, substation, natural gas and other energy utility design work
*Work with other Leads to direct, mentor, and supervise junior level drafters and staff.Classification:Direct HireCompensation:
