Lead Corporate Engineer

Provides a high level of technical mechanical engineering support and leadership to assigned plant locations. Oversee less experienced Corporate Engineers to assist in making recommendations to the Director of Engineering, RDO's and location staff for operations improvements and capital projects. Provides guidance and direction to Plant Managers, General Managers, Regional Directors of Operations, and the Corporate Engineering staff for communicating maintenance best practices. Leads effort in developing strategic options for acquisitions, plant expansions, and regional long-range plans. Oversees larger regional and acquisition projects.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
10+ years of mechanical engineering experience. Management experience preferred.

Creative problem-solving ability

Ability to deal with all levels of staff and management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Autocad experience preferred

PC literacy with MicroSoft Office Suite
