Landscaping Project Manager

Position will project-manage a large 20,000+ acre Master Planned Community. It will require the knowledge of someone experienced in every aspect and scale of Landscape installation. The ideal candidate for this position would be a person with experience as a foreman or superintendent within a large landscaping company. It will require a person that is capable of overseeing miles of street improvement landscaping, large acre parks, schools, commercial centers…and should be schooled in flatwork/hardscape, soils, irrigation (potable & effluent), knowledge of MaxiCom central control systems and plant material. This person must be personable enough to work with several primary-company superintendents, correctly manage all landscape contractors in the field, and oversee all Home Builder landscape applications.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and qualifications:
5-10 years of proven management experience within a large landscaping organization overseeing large projects.Skilled in every aspect of large-project landscaping installation.Capable of overseeing miles of street landscaping, acres of parks, schools, and commercial centers.Experienced in Flatwork/hardscape, soils, irrigation.Knowledge of MaxiCom central control systems
