This position is for the Charlotte, NC office

Daily Duties: Will provide landscape design and project management services for a newer office of an established consulting firm. This is a key hire for the Charlotte, NC office - and a ground floor opportunity to build a department. Will play a lead role in the start up of the landscape architecture discipline in this office. Projects will include commercial and residential landscape design. Will speak with clients and will help to develop new business.

Requirements: BS in Landscape Architecture and 5+ years of related experience. Must have landscape design and project management exp for commercial and / or residential projects. Must be able to professionally interact with clients as well as communicate with other disciplines internally. RLA in North Carolina is required. Must have AutoCAD skills. Ability to develop new business is needed. Local Charlotte, NC area experience is required with local contacts.
