Salary: $50-$62K/yr DOE plus Full Health Benefits, Bonuses, ect.

Award-winning, multi-discipline firm offering services in Architecture, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design and Graphics. Our Landscape studio has a broad range of projects from Urban Plazas, to Civic projects, Residential Communities, Office and Retail Centers, Parks, Schools, and Institutions and our growth has created a need for a new position.

We are actively seeking a creative Landscape Architectural/ Landscape Designer with a Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience pertaining Landscape Architecture. Successful candidates will have skills and experience pertaining planning, design, coordination, and execution of medium to large projects, or multiple smaller projects, of varying building and planning types and entitlement processes. Candidates must be detail-oriented, have a strong knowledge of construction materials, and experience developing construction drawings.

Exceptional candidates will also have an understanding of landscaping, grading, and irrigation techniques, as well as a familiarity with plant material and planting techniques, is required. Applicants must be able to read, interpret and prepare work plans, and must have a strong design and graphic sense (Hand/ Manual and/or CAD Drafting Skills). Microstation is preferred but training will be available for the right candidate.

Requirements / Qualifications for this Landscape Architect position include:
- BS or BA in Landscape Architecture
- 3-5 years of professional experience pertaining to Landscape Architecture and Planning.
- Strong CAD skills using AutoCAD or Microstation
- Significant experience in regards to Planning, Design, Landscaping, Project Execution, Entitlements, Construction Drawings, ect.
