Job Description:
We are actively looking to fill 3 Lab Technician positions, supporting our Redmond, WA location. Starting hourly rate will be $15 to $17 per hour depending on experience.

In this position, you perform server hardware upgrades, maintenance, and modifications. You will Install and configure operating system and other software. This includes installation of OS, software and all specified patches and updates. You will perform hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and provide break/fix resolution or escalation. You will perform server rebuild and or data replication or restoration and perform server decommissions. You will perform routine and or emergency maintenance as scheduled or as required, updating all applicable documentation, databases, and service request tickets with required information as necessary.

Requires:

0-2 years of experience in a datacenter or equivalent environment.
Must have strong desktop and server hardware knowledge (Dell and HP/Compaq preferred).
A+ certification preferred.
Strong troubleshooting experience with Microsoft operating systems, including standard business applications.
Repair skills for both servers and desktops, as well as Microsoft supported products
Understanding of network environments and networking concepts (including wireless).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, time management and customer service skills.
Sound problem resolution and judgment.
