Lab Development Administrator

Civil Engineer LAND DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATORSUMMIT COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT Duties: Under direction; administers the County of Summit subdivision
regulations by reviewing of all majors subdivisions plans or requests and
makers recommendations to the County of Summit planning commission. Reviews
and approves/disapproves all minor subdivision plans or requests. Reviews rod
dedications and vacations and makes recommendations to the planning
commission. Represents department in meetings, boards, committees and the
public responsible for preparing the agenda and the issuing of notice for
planning commission meetings. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, planning or public
administration with ten (10) years in Federal, State, County or Municipal
Agency as an employee or with consulting firm, preferred master's degree or
professional engineering registration or eligible. Minimum Salary: $47,756.80 - Midpoint: $59,696.00 Qualified applicants may
