Job summary:
The LSAMS Application Support Analyst is provides second level support for the users of LSAMS by providing quick fixes to minimize the business impact, log details of problems, escalate issues where appropriate while continuing to own the issues and keeping the user informed.
Summary of essential job functions
-Build relationships and communicate effectively with business and other support areas
-Incident management
-Proactively seek ways to provide a better service
-Analyze and troubleshoot problems
-Participate in application enhancement projects
-Other duties may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
-Bachelor’s degree
-3-5 years experience with LSAMS
-Experience with extracting and analyzing LSAMS data
-Proven analysis and troubleshooting skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
-Keep colleagues informed of developments, work collaboratively
-Ensure that communication and issue management is clear and concise
-Strong analytical skills to enable timely resolution of system problems
-Competent in managing and controlling parallel streams of work
-Strong team work and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work with geographically dispersed team members
-Good stress management skills
-Ability to work extended hours as required
