Buchanan Associates is a fast growing professional technology services firm that provides solutions and support to customers internationally. We are currently seeking a Junior Software Engineer.
The qualified candidate will be buildiing out the Bulldog lab and then executing Bulldog UT Essential Functions: Knowledge of x86 server and storage related subsystems. Ability to execute from a test plan and document any issues found to test leads. Knowledge of Ethernet.
Responsible for the design and/or development of software for platforms, peripherals, applications or tools using a range of applicable technologies (e.g., programming languages, compilers, assemblers and other tools) and state-of-the-art software engineering methodologies. Responsible for the delivery of products within budget, schedule, and quality guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
The Software Engineer Job Family includes engineering positions for the development and support of applications, databases, diagnostics, firmware, drivers, BIOS, utilities, and scripts; Accountabilities: Develop Software (PRP), Test Software (PRP), Develop Test Strategy and Test Cases (PRP), Integrate Software (PRP), Deliver Complete Software (PRP), Maintain Software (PRP); Experience: 3-6 yearsDesired Skill Set : Microsoft Certified Application Developer .NET (MCAD) is Preferred.
