Java Applications Architect

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $75000 to $100000 per year The required experience should include:
•Bachelor's Degree; an advanced degree or MBA is helpful.
•5+ years experience within a large management consulting firm
and/or industry leading corporation.
•Architecture experience with significant depth around designing,
implementing, and managing critical cross-functional application
development and integration projects.
•Engagement experience should include IT Strategy initiatives,
middleware implementations, application design and development,
and leveraging overall technical architecture knowledge across
multiple industries.
•The preferred candidate will have 5-8 years experience delivering
technology solutions within an interactive environmentArchitecture experience should include one to several of the
following:
•Application Architecture
•Data Architecture
•Integration/Security
•Infrastructure Architecture
•Extensive experience with vendor selection
•Extensive project management and planning skillsThis position will also be accountable for managing a team on a
larger "transformational" basis. The ideal candidate will have experience playing the role of application or technical architect in delivering technology solutions. Experience should include:
•Scoping and planning of a piece of work as part of an overall
program
•Developing work plans and work programs
•Managing schedule, staffing and budget variances for their team
•Developing and maintaining client relationships
